The SX-117 was specifically designed to pair with The HT-44. It operates smoothly with the 44 in either TRANSCIEVER mode or independently tuned. With proper cabling it will function with the HT-32 and HT-37 as well as many other manufactures’ transmitters. It sports a notch filter, variable selectivity, BFO, xtal calibrator, and is a triple conversion intermediate frequency receiver designed to cover the 10 meter to 80 meter amateur radio bands with an additional band switch setting for WWV on 10 MHz.
