I like these little guys. Any time I would bring them up in conversation I would hear “Oh that’s the little tri-bander that drifts all over the place.” I’ll have to admit if they haven’t been cleaned up that is exactly what they do. But with a little TLC they are great communicators. With a built-in calibrator and the Hallicrafters innovation of RIT (RECIEVER INCRAMENTAL TUNING) these little guys became a joy for mobile and field day excursions.
